Getting Started

The PSUK Website has been recently redesigned to help improve access and to provide you with new features.

The website is essentially split into two elements. The first applies almost universally and requires very little on the part of the user. This is the POLO shop.

Just like with any internet shop you can browse our items from the outset in order to look at our exclusive pricing.

However if you want to buy an item you will need to have logged in to the website, if you do not currently have a website user name, are a Non-Dispensing or Prescription Only Surgery or a Family Planning Clinic please use our registration page to sign up.

Dispensing practices that are currently trading with PHOENIX should already be members of PSUK as this is a requirement for trading. These practices will have been sent a username and password, if you cannot locate it or require a change in your details please contact our office during normal working hours on 01904 732274.

Dispensing Practices who want to become trading partners with PHOENIX should contact us using the Dispensing Registration page

Ordering

Once logged in simply fill up your basket and proceed to the checkout. Certain members will not be able to buy all items. PSUK for example only sells a very small amount of it's products to Family Planning Clinics.

Once done, view your order using the Basket tool at the top of the screen and head to the Checkout.

You can change your ordering/billing details on the next screen but please be aware that this will only update the details with PSUK and will not change the address currently held with PHOENIX. You will have established the delivery address when you signed up to PHOENIX. For items in the PSUK Medical Equipment range, we will use these details as the delivery address.

All payment is handled through billing account and the actual timings for payment will vary depending upon your surgeries agreement with PHOENIX.

Members Area

The members area on the website is for Dispensing Doctor members and includes all the tools that they are normally used to, such as our terms and therapeutic group area. If you log in to the website you will be taken to this section, where you will be presented with additional options.

User Tools

When you log in to the website you will find that you are given additional options on a toolbar beneath the main navigation strip. These can be used to access your Account Details from where you can update your address and surgery details and also change your password.
