The CPD Certification Service
PSUK are pleased to announce CPD certification
PSUK are pleased to announce we are now registered as members of the CPD Certification Service and are in the process of getting all PSUK events officially certified so they count towards your CPD cycle and further training which practices are required to complete.
This is a great development for PSUK training and in turn the practices who support and attend our events.
GPs currently need to accrue 250 CPD points every 5 years (50 per year) in order to be have their license to practise and a certificate to be on the general practice register revalidated so please make sure your GPs and practice staff are aware of this development in order to gain the CPD points necessary.
The new CPD Credits Scheme aims to:
- Support all GPs in updating and applying their knowledge and skills
- Promote patient confidence
- Demonstrate improved patient care
