PSUK is delighted to invite you to the training seminar:
Business Management and Marketing In Practice by Jim Mandeville and KD:Lewis
This event aims to look at the overall running of a practice and dispensary from a business management and marketing perspective. The first half of the day will look at current factors influencing dispensary profits, increased VAT and general practice finances as well as concentrating on the practices position within a community and the potential existing to protect and enhance services driving practice revenue and service to patients.
Marketing your practice and how you offer your services to patients will become increasingly more important and it’s essential that we look at how patients perceive our practice and our staff to help build and maintain loyalty. With possible boundary changes we need to make sure that we develop long term loyalty and with this in mind we have to start to promote our practice not only to those patients in the waiting room but also those patients we don’t frequently see. This half of the day will include hints and tips and ideas you can use instantly back in the practice at no cost at all but will ultimately help maintain and protect your income.
