This course also provides enhanced knowledge of marketplace issues and helps develop practice staffs further understanding of front desk issues with patients to those occurring in the marketplace.
For practices in Scotland, a special event has been arranged with guest speaker Andrew Vickerstaff (Practice Manager, Autlbea & Gairloch Medical Practice) on the 5th October 2011 at Friars Carse Hotel, Dumfries, DG2 0SA.
