Patient Services by Karen Lewis

Patient Services is a GP specific customer service course applicable to both dispensing and prescription only practices.

This workshop will help you enhance the services that you currently provide. It will give you the tools and techniques to help manage calls and patients coming into your practice and help you introduce consistency in the approach taken when dealing with sometimes demanding situations. The Workshop give you valuable lessons to take back to your practice and impart these new skills to your teams to help you improve the overall service that you offer to you patients.
