WARRANTY


DARAY's standard warranty is 12 months, However this period may be extended for most products from 3 to 5 years free of charge by returning a completed, pre-paid registration card included with the product. Alternatively complete and submit the warranty registration form available at http://www.daray.co.uk/docs/warranty.html.

Our aftercare plan has been designed to offer complete piece-of-mind for at least three years (aftercare does not include consumables).

  • Year 1 - parts and labour (return to DARAY)
  • Year 2 - parts only
  • Year 3 - parts only


RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return DARAY goods purchased from POLO, please read the following information carefully.

Before returning your item, please call the PSUK office on 01904 732274

The DARAY Ltd returns policy provides guiidance on when you can return goods supplied, and what you can expect from DARAY.

TYPE OF RETURN REMEDY
DAMAGED GOODS OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
Goods which are physically damaged on delivery, or which do not function.
We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt
GOODS DEVELOPING A FAULT
Goods which have developed a fault within the warranty period.
Within 14 days of delivery DARAY will replace the item as DOA. If the fault develops after 14 days but within the warranty period, the returns procedure will be started
NON WARRANTY
Goods which have developed a fault outside the warranty period.
If a fault develops outside the warranty period, then the returns procedure will be started.
OTHER
Any situation which is not covered by the above.
Daray will try to help, but cannot normally offer a refund.

In a small number of cases, DARAY may determine that a replacement would not work any better than the original product. In such cases a refund will be offered instead of a replacement for qualifying returns.

Replacement bulbs are not eligible for returns, unless they are faulty or damaged.

If an item is ordered in error, then you may return it within 14 days and it can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, excluding transportation charges incurred.

If you send goods that do not qualify for return, you will invalidate your claim to any refund, and you will be obliged to compensate DARAY Ltd for the cost of return.
