<br />DARAY's standard warranty is 12 months, However this period may be extended for most products from 3 to 5 years free of charge by returning a completed, pre-paid registration card included with the product. Alternatively complete and submit the warranty registration form available at <a href="http://www.daray.co.uk/docs/warranty.html">http://www.daray.co.uk/docs/warranty.html</a>.<br /><br />Our aftercare plan has been designed to offer complete piece-of-mind for at least three years (aftercare does not include consumables).<br /><br />

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return DARAY goods purchased from POLO, please read the following information carefully.<br /><br />Before returning your item, please call the PSUK office on 01904 732274<br /><br />The DARAY Ltd returns policy provides guiidance on when you can return goods supplied, and what you can expect from DARAY.<br /><br />

<td>Daray will try to help, but cannot normally offer a refund.</td>

In such cases a refund will be offered instead of a replacement for qualifying returns.<br /><br />Replacement bulbs are not eligible for returns, unless they are faulty or damaged.<br /><br />If an item is ordered in error, then you may return it within 14 days and it can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, excluding transportation charges incurred.<br /><br />If you send goods that do not qualify for return, you will invalidate your claim to any refund, and you will be obliged to compensate DARAY Ltd for the cost of return.

<p>PHOENIX will provide a next day delivery service for all orders received before 14.00 on Monday to Thursday. All orders placed by 14.00 on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless they contain a refrigerated product; these items will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. We cannot guarantee a specific time you will receive your order, however, goods will be delivered anytime up to 18.00.</p>
<h3><b><span style="color: #003b79;">CARRIAGE CHARGES</span><br /></b></h3>
<p>If your order contains AstraZeneca or Pfizer medicines it will be delivered free of charge. For all orders under £100.00 (ex VAT) a carriage charge of £5.00 + VAT will be applied.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #003b79;"><b>RETURNS</b></span></h3>
<p>No products are to be returned without the prior written authorisation from PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Ltd. Please contact our customer service team on 01675 436540 if you would like to arrange a return.</p>
In accordance with existing industry guidelines all discrepancies have to be reported to customer services within 3 working days after delivery.
<p>Goods will not be accepted for return if they have been relabelled or used in any way, or if any tamper evident seals have been broken.</p>
