How do I register online?
Setting up an account is simple. Click on ‘Your Account’ on the main navigation toolbar, select ‘Register for an Account’ in the popup window and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password, please navigate to the Account Dashboard page by clicking ‘Your account’ once logged in. In the top left hand corner of the ‘Account Details’ widget click the small pencil icon in the top right hand corner.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please select ‘Forgotten Password’ from the Log In screen. You will be required to enter your Account Number and Email Address.
How can I change my website account details?
If you would like to change your account details, please contact PSUK on 01904 558 350.
Can I have more than one account in my practice?
If you are a PSUK Member, your practice can have multiple accounts (up to a total of 5). If you request a new account, we will automatically set this up as new account using the new email address. If you wish to check what accounts are set up for your practice, please call 01904 558 350.
Ordering on the PSUK Website
How do I search for a product?
Simply type what you are looking for into the search box at the top of every screen. You can search either by a search word e.g. 'Scissors' or using a product's Pip code. You can also search several different terms, separated by a comma e.g. Scissors, paracetamol.
I can't find a product on the website?
If you can't find what you are looking for, call our Telesales team on 01904 558 360 and we'll be happy to help
I can't see some prices when not logged in?
Some prices are exclusive to PSUK and we're not allowed to show these unless you login to the PSUK. Simply login to the website to view these prices.
I can't see Stationery Lines when I've logged in?
Stationery & Furniture lines from Lyreco are only accessible to PSUK Members and those practices signed up to PSUK+.
PSUK+ is a FREE benefits package open for all Prescribing Only practices. To find out more what else is included and to sign up, call 01904 558 360 and ask for the Customer Service Team.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom. However we cannot send deliveries overseas.

What happens if my order is missing or incomplete?
If you have not received part of your order or what you have ordered has gone missing, please contact 01904 558 360 and we will help you and look into the matter further.
Booking & PSUK Events
How do I book for a PSUK Event?
Once you've chosen your event and location, simply complete our online booking form at the bottom of the event page.
How do I book for a PSUK Conference?
To book for our PSUK Conference & Exhibition, simply complete the booking form on the conference event page.
Booking for this event will open as soon as the date & venue is confirmed, which is typically November/December of the year before.
What are the event charges?
For PSUK Members, our events are FREE of charge. For non-members (dispensing doctors) and prescribing only, the costs vary per event. These are clearly indicated on each event page.
How can I pay for events?
For dispensing practices, the event will be charged through your PHOENIX account. For non members and prescribing-only practices, you can pay by cheque, please contact us on 01904 558 350 for further details.
I have booked a place on a study course, but received no confirmation for the event?
PSUK will email you a confirmation for all delegates of your practice, with final details such as a map, directions and timings two weeks before the date of the event to the email address you provided with your booking.

Is there an event cancellation policy?
If you have booked on a PSUK study day, you can cancel your place until 24 hours before the astart time of the event.
However non-attendance fees will be charged in the event of non-attendance to the event & failure to notify PSUK of this 24hrs prior. The current rates are detailed on the invite and event pages at time of booking.
